We read every message. Use the routes below and you'll reach the right place faster — most issues are resolved without needing to email us at all.
Before you contact us
These are the fastest routes for the most common issues:
- A problem with a specific listing or user — use the report option on the listing or in the chat. See Report Abuse. Reports reach our moderation queue directly and include the context we need.
- Your listing was rejected or removed — check Listing Guidelines. The rejection reason is shown on the listing in your dashboard.
- How something works — most answers are in the Help Centre.
- You think you're being scammed — stop the transaction and read Scam Prevention first.

To help us respond in one reply rather than three, please include your username, the listing URL if relevant, and a description of what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. Screenshots help.

ListQuikk is operated from Lahore by Wajahat Rasool. This is not a walk-in office — please use email or WhatsApp.
What we can and cannot do
ListQuikk is a classifieds platform. We connect buyers and sellers; we do not process payments, hold funds, ship items or act as an escrow service.
That means we cannot recover money you have already sent to another user, reverse a transaction, or guarantee that an item matches its description. We can investigate and act on reports, remove listings that break our guidelines, and suspend accounts. If you have lost money to fraud, report it to us and to your local law enforcement in Pakistan — we will cooperate with lawful requests. See Buyer Protection for the full picture.
