Report a Listing or User
Moderation depends on people reporting what we haven't caught. Reports are confidential — the person you report is not told who reported them.
How to report
From a listing: open the listing and use the report option on the page. This is the fastest route for a listing that breaks our Listing Guidelines.
From a conversation: open the chat and use the report option. Reporting from within a chat attaches the conversation to your report, which gives our team the context to act quickly — this is the most useful kind of report we receive.
By email: if you cannot access the listing or chat — for example the listing has already been removed — email wajahatrasool125@gmail.com with the username, listing URL and a description of what happened.
You need to be signed in to report from the site, so that we can follow up and so reports can't be filed anonymously in bulk.
What to report
- Fraud or attempted fraud — including every pattern described in Scam Prevention
- Prohibited items — anything in the banned list in our Listing Guidelines
- Misleading listings — stock photos, false condition claims, fake pricing
- Harassment or abusive messages, threats, or hate speech
- Requests for OTPs, passwords, CNIC or bank details
- Spam — duplicate listings, off-platform advertising
- Impersonation of a person, business or brand
- Suspected stolen goods
What helps us act faster
- The exact listing URL or username
- What specifically was wrong, in one or two sentences
- Screenshots, if the evidence is outside the ListQuikk chat
- Transfer receipts, if money was involved
Keep your evidence. Do not delete the conversation — deleting it removes the record our team needs to review.
What happens next
- Your report enters our moderation queue and is reviewed by a person.
- We look at the report, the listing, and any attached conversation. We may look at the account's wider history.
- Depending on what we find we may take no action, remove the listing, issue a warning, restrict the account's ability to post or message, or ban it outright.
- We may not be able to tell you the outcome for another user, for privacy reasons. That does not mean nothing happened.
- Reports are weighed on evidence, not volume. Filing repeated bad-faith reports against a competitor may itself result in action against your account.
Urgent situations
If you are in physical danger, contact your local police first. Report to us afterwards.
For financial fraud, act in this order: contact your bank or wallet provider immediately, file a complaint with the FIA Cybercrime Wing, and report the account to us. Please be aware that ListQuikk does not process payments and cannot recover transferred funds — see Buyer Protection.
Blocking someone
Reporting is for behaviour that breaks our rules. If someone is simply persistent or you no longer want contact, you can stop replying and delete the conversation from your inbox — you don't need to file a report first.
