Delete your ListQuikk account and data

In the app

Open the ListQuikk app, go to Account, and tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen. After you confirm, your account and the data listed below are deleted straight away — there is no waiting period and no request to review.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, you can ask us instead. Send the request from the email address connected to your account so we can verify ownership.

We will acknowledge the request and complete verified deletion within 30 days. We may ask for limited information only to confirm account ownership.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your sign-in credential, so the account can no longer be used to sign in;
• your profile — name, email address, phone number, city, bio and profile picture;
• every listing you posted, including its description, price, location and specifications;
• your conversations and every message in them, including images and voice messages;
• your saved listings, message reactions, blocked-user list and notifications;
• reviews you wrote and reviews written about you;
• reports you filed and reports filed about you;
• the push notification tokens registered for your devices.

Because a conversation belongs to both people in it, deleting your account also removes that conversation from the other person’s inbox.

What is not deleted

The image and audio files you uploaded are stored on our media provider separately from the database. Deleting your account removes every record that points at them, so they no longer appear anywhere in ListQuikk and cannot be found through the app or the website. The stored copies themselves are not erased at the same time.

Content that other people saved, screenshotted or copied before deletion is outside our control, and nothing we delete can reach it.

Backups

Our database keeps a rolling 6-hour change history, which exists so the service can be restored after a fault. Deleted data can survive in that history for up to 6 hours after you delete your account. It is never used to serve the app, and after 6 hours it is gone for good.
