Welcome to ListQuikk. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online marketplace platform located at www.listquikk.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Eligibility

To use ListQuikk, you must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. ListQuikk reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

2. Account Registration

To post listings or contact sellers, you must create a ListQuikk account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Posting Listings

When posting an ad on ListQuikk, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, honest, and complete information about the item or service
• Not post duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Only list items that are legal to buy and sell in Pakistan
• Not post content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights
• Not post prohibited items including illegal goods, counterfeit products, or hazardous materials

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ListQuikk:

• Fraud, scams, or any deceptive conduct
• Harassment, threats, or abuse of other users
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform

5. Transactions and Payments

ListQuikk is a listing platform and does not process payments or act as a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. All transactions are conducted directly between users. We strongly encourage meeting in safe, public places and using secure payment methods. ListQuikk is not liable for any loss arising from transactions conducted on the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the ListQuikk platform, including the logo, design, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to ListQuikk and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. By posting content on our platform, you grant ListQuikk a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content for platform purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

ListQuikk provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, or the conduct of users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListQuikk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

8. Suspension and Termination

ListQuikk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the platform or its users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of ListQuikk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of ListQuikk following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
