Data Entry Officer (Finance & Accounts)

📍 Location: Head Office, Islamabad
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time (6 Days a Week)
💰 Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month

About the Role

Premium Spring is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to join its Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of daily sales, invoices, customer accounts, expenses, and financial transactions while ensuring all entries are completed on time and with a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily sales, delivery challans, returns, and stock records.

• Reconcile van stock and report any discrepancies.

• Maintain customer accounts and update customer records.

• Record cash and bank receipts accurately.

• Manage returnable assets and security deposit records.

• Prepare invoices for distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.

• Record fuel, maintenance, and fleet-related expenses.

• Maintain organized filing of financial documents and backups.

• Prepare daily sales & collection summaries.

• Assist with monthly reports and audit activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, billing, or accounts.

• Experience in FMCG, distribution, or beverage industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with accounting or ERP software (Xero or similar is a plus).

• Strong MS Excel skills (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Sorting & Filtering).

• Fast and accurate typing with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to meet daily deadlines and maintain data confidentiality.
